ABOUT ANASTASIA

Podcaster Anastasia
Anastasia Gavalas

Born and raised on Long Island, Anastasia Gavalas has always been guided by the sacred power of story—the way it awakens hearts, expands perspective, and becomes a catalyst for transformation. Rooted on the East End, where she lives and raised her five children, she moves dynamically through her community as a vessel for connection and conscious change.

As founder of Wing It Project, co-creator of Red Circle spiritual collective, co-founder of Hamptons Wellness Week, and lifelong educator, Anastasia's work centers around human expansion, soulful collaborations, and the remembrance of our shared light.

Her newest offering, POV: Hamptons, is a high-vibing podcast where visionaries and thought leaders gather to share their journeys, igniting new perspectives and infinite possibilities. With reverence, wisdom, and deep curiosity, she holds space for conversations that nourish both personal awakening and collective evolution.
